By accessing or using Velacai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Velacai.

2. Description of Service

Velacai is an AI-powered exam preparation platform that provides:

Practice exams for IMAT, CEnT-S, SAT, and other standardized tests
AI-generated study plans and performance analytics
Spaced repetition and flashcard systems
Real-time exam simulations under timed conditions
Community discussion features
Achievement and gamification systems

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Types

The Platform may offer different account types (free and premium). Premium features require an active subscription. Feature availability may vary by account type.

4. Packages and Payments

4.1 Pricing

Package prices are displayed on the Platform and may change at any time. Any price changes do not affect packages you have already purchased.

4.2 One-Time Purchase

Each package is a one-time purchase that grants access for a fixed period stated at checkout. There is no recurring subscription and no automatic renewal — you are not charged again unless you choose to buy another package. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers.

4.3 Access & Validity

Access remains active for the package's stated duration and then expires automatically; there is no subscription to cancel. Refund eligibility is governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4.4 In-App Purchases

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective store's terms and refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share, distribute, or reproduce exam content from the Platform
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
Share your account credentials with others
Post misleading, harmful, or inappropriate content in community features
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including exam questions, study materials, AI-generated content, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Velacai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., flashcards, notes, discussion posts). By posting content, you grant Velacai a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content within the Platform.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate study plans, analytics, explanations, and exam questions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information. Velacai is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee specific exam results or outcomes from using the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velacai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
