Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for purchases made on Velacai (operated by GDO Medya Limited Şirketi, the "Seller"). Velacai sells digital services and digital content — time-boxed access to exam-preparation packages, mock exams, AI practice, and analytics. This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Distance Sales Agreement and Terms of Service.
2. Cancelling a Subscription or Package
You may cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until that period ends. One-time packages grant time-boxed access (e.g. 180 or 360 days) and are not auto-renewing — there is nothing to cancel, and access simply expires at the end of the term.
3. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
For consumers, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within fourteen (14) days of the transaction, without giving any reason.
Important exception for digital content and services: Because we provide digital content and services that begin immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun — that is, once your package has been activated and you have started accessing the content (for example, opening a mock exam, starting an AI practice session, or otherwise consuming the digital materials). By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins.
If your package has not yet been activated or accessed, you may withdraw within the 14-day period and receive a full refund.
4. How to Request a Refund or Withdraw

Please include the email address on your account, the package purchased, and the date of purchase so we can locate your order.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of approval. The time it takes for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. We do not charge any processing fee for refunds; however, your payment provider's terms may apply.
6. Purchases Through App Stores
If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds for those transactions are handled by the respective store under its own refund policy, and you should request a refund directly through that store.
