1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer on the date the Buyer completes an order on the Velacai platform.

1.2 Buyer

The customer ("Buyer") who places an order, identified by the name, email address, and billing details provided at the time of purchase.

2. Subject

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the parties' rights and obligations, in accordance with applicable distance-selling and consumer-protection rules, in relation to the Buyer's purchase of the digital service / digital content package (the "Service") ordered through Velacai, including its qualities and sale price as displayed at the time of the order.

3. Product / Service and Price

The Service consists of time-boxed digital access to exam-preparation content — including full-length mock exams, AI practice, flashcards, study plans, and analytics — for the exam track and term the Buyer selects.

The type, scope, access duration, and price of the Service are those shown on the order/checkout screen at the moment of purchase.
Prices include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The total amount payable, including any taxes and fees, is displayed before the order is confirmed.
Prices listed on the platform are valid until updated; the Seller is not bound by typographical errors.

4. Payment

The price is paid by the Buyer at the time of the order through the secure payment methods offered on the platform (e.g. credit/debit card via the payment service provider). Card and payment data are processed by the payment provider over secure channels; the Seller does not store full card details. The order is confirmed once payment is approved.

5. Delivery / Performance

The Service is a digital service delivered electronically. Upon approval of payment, access is activated immediately on the Buyer's account, with no physical shipment. There are no shipping or delivery costs. Access remains available for the term associated with the purchased package and then expires.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, subject to the exception below.

Exception — digital content and services: The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that begin to be performed, with the Buyer's approval, before the withdrawal period expires, nor to digital content supplied electronically that is not on a tangible medium. Because the Service is activated and made accessible immediately upon purchase, by completing the order the Buyer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once access begins.

7. General Provisions

The Buyer confirms having read and understood the essential qualities, sale price, and payment and delivery terms of the Service, and has given the necessary confirmation electronically before placing the order.
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate account and billing information.
The Service is provided for personal, non-transferable use in accordance with the Terms of Service. Sharing account credentials or redistributing content is prohibited.
The Seller may suspend access in case of fraud, chargeback abuse, or breach of the Terms of Service.

8. Dispute Resolution

For disputes, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) at their own place of residence or at the Seller's location, within the monetary limits announced each year by the relevant ministry. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

9. Effectiveness

This Agreement enters into force when the Buyer confirms the order electronically and completes payment. By placing an order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
